Fair Trade at MOSA

The Fair Trade Trio and pianist Taisiya Pushkar are honored to be returning to the MOSA (Music at Our Saviour’s Atonement) concert series. As one of the few venues for live concert music in northern Manhattan, MOSA provides the residents of Washington Heights and Inwood (in addition to music lovers throughout the metropolitan area) with an intimate, local venue to experience music of the highest quality for free.

The program begins with Jessica Meyer’s I Only Speak of the Sun, which was inspired by Rumi’s Ode by the same title while exploring the palette of colors the string trio can produce, followed by Schnittke’s searing String Trio, and the deeply emotional yet restrained lyricism of Faure’s first piano quartet.
